immediately without pressing any numbers. There is a fraud company using a device that once you press #90 or #09
they can access your 'SIM' card and make calls at your expense.

Message from Community Warden, Mira.

Dear all,

Please be extra vigiliant as there have been 3 incidences of 2 suspicious men with eastern european accents photographing local horses.
This could be a steal to order operation. These men have been seen at shows, events and even in a horse owners private field taking photos.

They have been seen in a white van reg N253 XAJ and a red Land Cruiser, although no reg details for that vehicle.

Police are aware of the situation and if there are any further sitings, please contact Kent Police urgently.

I do not have the exact location but word of mouth is that this has taken place near Headcorn, so please be extra vigiliant and let as many people know about this as possible.
